e) Tax Compliance Certificate
f) Valid Certificate of Good conduct

Requirements for companies;
a) Valid CR12
b) Valid Certificate of Registration
c) KRA PIN
d) Tax Compliance Certificate
e) Director ID, KRA PIN, Tax Compliance Certificate and valid Certificate of Good conduct.
